Bryan spent over a decade in dental operations leadership, growing from front desk to running a market of nearly 30 offices for a major DSO. He has built dental offices from the ground up, turned around underperforming locations, and helped teams consistently improve production and profitability. As a father of two, Bryan believes practice owners should not have to choose between running a great business and being present for their families.
Kristen Overstreet, Co-Founder & COO
Kristen started her career as a dental assistant before growing into operations leadership over 14 years, giving her a perspective that bridges both the clinical and business sides of dentistry. Her background spans single-location practices and large multi-site groups, with deep expertise in team development, KPI-driven coaching, and building systems that scale. As Co-Founder and COO, she ensures every recommendation the platform makes is grounded in real-world operational knowledge.
